weird problems after last nights server crash
 

I came back on after P99 went down but upon zoning into EC I noticed I had some weird "lag" when I was panning the camera with right click it seems it would slip in and out, or not even 'click' at all. I figured the server was just adjusting so I logged off for the night; However I came back on today and am experiencing the same problem. Anyone know what the deal is?
