Can an Ogre SK train in Neriak?
 

Or is there faction work needed? Perhaps do the wine quest to raise faction, will that work with the SK trainers?

Unless you've been murdering crushbone orcs, yeah...im not sure if indigo brotherhood is the warrior guild or the SK guild, though...

Ogres, Trolls, and Dark Elves are allies, if somewhat tenuous ones, so just how good or bad your faction is will depend on things like your class and religion. You should be able to safely walk through Neriak, at least, and you can probably train at their guild, but move slowly and con everything the first time through to be sure.

I'm asking because I remember back in the day in Live, I ran a lvl 1 Ogre warrior to Neriak and I wasn't able to train there. So I'm thinking faction plays a part.

You should be able to train there without an issue. You just have to duck a lot.... :P

I seem to remember that you couldn't train unless you were apprehensive or higher...Could be wrong, but might explain why an ogre warrior possibly couldn't train in neriak

Isn't there a quest where you turn in a boatload of red wine to a de in a library there to raise faction?
