Does this server have the classic cazic thule dungeon in effect? With the iron golem in the green pool and avatar of fear in the sphere room etc?

It's not the 60+ dungeon, if that's what you're asking.

Along with manastone and Jboot drops, just as they did on classic, yes.

Other than the BP though, all you're missing though is fine steel colored red.
I think Ravenscale is way hoter!

Red colored FS was actually quite a few shades lighter red than true rubicite.

On live, you could easily tell the difference side by side.
