Can't loot some items?
 

Hi all, new to the server, levelling up a cleric, but I noticed a few items I could not actually loot. one was a Ring of the mourner. Looked like a quest item, but I could not loot it at all. is it if you don't have the quest you can't loot it? Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you have the confirm loot no drop item box hidden somehow. You could turn off the confirm loot no drop to by pass this hidden box, or work out where it is hidden (or fix it by editing your character/ui files).

FYI that Ring is for the Halloween event. Take a look at the announcement post on it for more info

Doing /load and not checking the box (to preserve layout) will likely fix it also, but you'll have to re-arrange your UI panes after.

By default no drop loot has a pop up box you have to click to loot it, also it is a lore item so if you attempt to loot and already have one associated with your character (including in the bank) your character will just stop looting the mob and you'll receive text regarding lore item

my window was a little off and I was not seeing the verry bottom right where the window was. Thanks everyone for the help! Got it now and moved that up to where I can see it!
