Hotbar help
 

anyone know how to get the second hot bar to work? I have spells on it and set each slot to a different number in the settings tab, but nothing will cast from it. and yes I've removed the key binds from hot bar one. Just can't figure out how to get it to work. any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not even sure how you are able to see a second hotbar. This was nerfed years ago for being out of era. We are only able to have one hotbar on p99

Hotbars beyond the first were intentionally disabled in order to better replicate a classic experience. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. It rocked Project 1999 when they took other hotbars out. But all is not lost. We just have to get better at changing hotkey sets or adapting in other ways.

shift+number I believe is the default to switch between hotbar pages. The hotbar key binds will work for the page you are actively on and apply to all pages the same.

So for example my hotbar keybinds are just my number keys from 1 through 0. I can hold shift+1 or shift +2 to swap between my first and second bar and use my 1-0 keys to use the skills on the bar I'm on.

I usually use my main (#1) bar for spell gems or melee abilities and my second bar for gear swaps etc. Some people have different bars for different game applications like using a certain bar for raiding and a different one for group/solo content.

Would be nice to have quality of life things like this back imo

The P99 devs would rather kill themselves than allow a single user interface improvement to exist. The reason we don't have a new server is because they haven't figured out how to lock your client to 640x480 fullscreen yet. The moment they do, it will be done, and a new server will drop.
