Eye of Stormhammer (Key 106 Turn in)
 

I have attempted to turn H.K. 106 in to Assistant Kiolna in the HHK bank. but she only replies with "I have no use for this". She should be giving half of the emerald.

Please fix

To help, when Assistant Kiolna is handed H.K. 106 (ID: 12193) she should reply "I am sorry to see you check out. Here is all you had in your box. We hope to serve you again. Have a nice day!! Next!". She then hands you "Emerald Shard" (Which should identify as "Shard of Stormhammer II", ID: 13323).

This assumes that Faldor Hendrys is dropping "Shard of Stormhammer I" ID:13322, as he does on live.

Reading the quest info on Alla you linked it says that killing the Froglok Slaythe effects Kunark factions. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but that to me says that this quest shouldn't be working yet and possibly shouldn't even be live yet as those factions shouldn't be able to be improved or made worse until Kunark is out.

His faction was modified after RoK came out much like the Kobolds of Tox (he originally did not have any faction). This is one of the most classic of classic quests.

Can't do. They made bankers unable to accept items (which is why assistant kiolna is behind her saying she will take keys). If you try to hand the clerk something it say "This NPC cannot accpt items Directly, right-click if you wish to make tranactions.".

I'm sure the script is in, but it is useless while the client won't let her take anything.

K, until that is fixed.. or unless there's another use for bankers accepting items, Kiolna will be accepting key 106.
