Update policy immediately
Restrict xp bonuses for expressly American holidays (July 4th, thanksgiving, Christmas) to only be active for American players. Until the rest of the world acknowledges that this planet is called America, do not allow them leech the benefits of our star spangled excellence. For too long, other parts of the world have drained us like parasites. The time is now, devs

Ohh oh, finally they waken up. The poor (beta) USS and A citzens now understand they are only here to be used by their superiors.
Im pleased you finally woke up. Hail Satan. |

I've thought about this often and wondered if it would be possible for us to start celebrating foreign holidays so we're in a constant state of exp bonus (I'm kidding of course, at that point we might as well just be playing Classic WoW).
I'm still not a fan of exp bonuses. The last one we had during July 4th the game was unplayable for me because most of the camps I normally solo (and am casually solo'ing as I type this) are over-run with every top guild's mega twinks and PL groups. The holiday bonus events essentially have the opposite effect on me. They don't get me to log in, they basically get me to log out. Which I guess you could argue that's also a good thing. Do I really need to be spending every holiday sitting in front of my keyboard?? |

My point being, even a 10% or 15% bonus is still more XP than you'll get any other time on P99. It's still exciting, so we don't need to up the bonus .... not just to 25%, but to double that. |
Mixed feelings on xp bonuses. Not really classic and kinda sucks when you’re trying to do a character that recreates the classic untwinked vibe. You end up bypassing too much content. Yet it is good if you have a toon that all you care is to get xp fast.

xp bonuses ruin the lvl 1-10 mini-game.
