Changing Cursor
 

Ive downloaded a few different cursors so I can actually see it when im playing, but it simply wont change. Im using Rustle UI and pasted the .cur file in there to no luck. Do I need to delete are the other .cur files in the folder? Is there some fix to this? I swear I have done it in the past

is the goal to have better visibility of the cursor? I believe YoloMouse is ok to use and I'm pretty sure it works with EQ. Another option is to use AutoHotKey and highlight the mouse with a big fat circle, see the below video on how to set that up:

I had confirmed a long while ago that AutoHotKey is alright to use on p99, just not for any automation purposes, and highlighting your mouse cursor to help those old eyes is not automation!

If you're playing windowed, the cursor will be windows cursor. BUT, windows 11 keeps resetting my cursor settings to default.

Interesting - I play windowed and it switches as I mouseover the EQ window. I even see different ones for the login / character select screens.

I see the ones I set in-game until I fully login, then windows cursors. Did you try this?

At the time, no because I was on v60 still, but I just patched to v61 and yes; my cursor changes dynamically in windowed mode between the windows cursor and EQ one that's a pukey yellow or w/e.

I run velious ui and use dgvoodoo2 if it matters.
