Monk Weapons
 

So I have a lvl 11 Monk with an FBSS. What would be the best weapon combo to lvl up with? So far I have one Jade Mace. Should I look into another Jm or a KD or a Cane of Harmony? I don't really want to spend over 10k for another weapon.

peacebringer, sell the JM. Thank me from 20 until the level you get a tstaff or rfs

I have been swapping between JM/KD and my Wu's Quivering Staff with a FBSS.

I have not parsed anything but I believe my fights using the quivering staff I am outputting more damage than using my JM/KD so much so that I rarely use them anymore except to keep the skill up (@ lvl 32)

I actually totally forgot about the peacebringer as an alternative until I can afford one of the higher end 2HB's, maybe I will sell my JM/KD and upgrade to one of those bad boys - anybody else care to comment?

Okay, So I have a JM and plan on getting a Cane of Harmony. I also bought a Peacebringer for levels 20+. Think I'm set.. Just need a couple Granite Bracers.

How much did you get the peacebringer for?

There is no need for 1handers at all really until velious unless you're using PoSky quest 1h upgrades. Pretty much:
RFS
Tstaff
Peacebringer
IFS
In order of DPS for a monk until epic. Depending on mob AC; 9/16 fist and SoS becomes better than Tstaff or RFS at that time, but with how damage bonuses on 2h are, RFS still reigns supreme at the moment. Tstaff has a slight aggro and soloing advantage from the proc which is non modified currently. But for a cheap twink a peacebringer is lightyears ahead of a JM/KD will ever be, at all levels past 20.
