I never played any of the Fallout games, what build should I be going for? I’ve been putting all my pts into strength

I decided to go full melee build

If there's less than 12 rolls I top it up in case.

The question is do you do the thing where you fold it a bunch of times, or do you wad it up in a ball (when you wipe your asshole I mean).

Depends on the paper, I'm too cheap for Charmin, but the Kirkland is good enough to fold just 3 sheets to form an optimal wiping surface.

I've had Scotts and you might as well just shower at that point.

I can't wait to get my hands on some of that hand woven Persian toilet paper.
