Ry'Gorr Oracle Shield Lighting
 

Currently, it appears that the Ry'Gorr Oracle Shield lighting is overwriting higher levels of lighting (i.e. Crystal Spider Eyes). Removing the Shield to inventory returns lighting as expected. Equipping/Unequipping in any order has no impact.
