Here someone is saying she is part of this quest

Anderia responds to the first prompt: "Are you a follower of Karana?" thus indicating she is part of either Karana's Blessing or Temple Blankets.

She does not respond to: "Do you require Karana's blessings?"

I have not tested if she accepts the Full Chalice yet.
