Just witnessed the exact same situation caused by and happen to the same player. And it played out differently because of the dumb fucking meta of p99 year 6, 10+

an (accidental train) because of rushing past spawns without sneak.

situation a) Monk that nobody likes rushes past spawn and drops train on group. group can't handle it and wipes. monk doesn't apologize, doesnt help with recovery and claims he never trained. group that wiped has no OBS.

situation b) shaman / rogue duoing hierophant grekal. new player appears across the hall and rogue goes to sneak across and check it out but oops forgot to hide. ICGs aggro, rogue runs into room and monk that nobody likes is there fighting arch duke. low HP arch duke summons rogue and then aggros monk. monk doesnt die because of FD, but does have OBS. petitions, submits and rogue gets suspended.

this is the game you all spend so much time pouring hours and hours into. OBS quest. LawyerQuest.

Just because nobody likes the monk doesn't mean you can train him.

While a suspension there seems a bit harsh if it was an honest mistake that happened 1 time, I think you would agree that if the situation were reversed you might be pretty pissed (especially if FD happened to fail and they also interrupted your kill that you were about to finish and now have to try to kill all over again).

Honestly I never understood why training was banned. It's part of the game. Trains are classic. What was the official stance on live back in 1999?

was the wild west on fennin ro early on. Fennin had way too many people so i assume other servers were different

my rep on Fennin was so trashed from KSing and other shit i took the first xfer off during velious or whenever it was and gamed the system to get a free name change

On Rallos Zek you used to be able to intentionally exp loss people with trains well into Velious. They should get rid of PnP and let wild west laws rule again. This server has created Charmin ultra soft players.
