Project 1999 - Character Screen Message: Spell File Out of Date

Hello Everyone.

My brother and I installed the same EQ disks. After following the Start-Up instructions section my brother's computer worked perfectly and mine didn't.

I uninstalled and reinstalled but used Duxa's Installer to trim it up this time. First option # 1, then some of the others including # 13 for the spell files. The game is installed in the C: drive. It's a dual-core running Window's 7.

Thank you for all your help in advance. Also, thanks to Chrushev for such a great tool. It hasn't let me play but the options are great (especially the vanilla EQ screens).
