Same here mon ami. I live in France too and after looking into the problem I read an article in which the admin said that they are aware of the problem and that they do not know how to resolve it. People have been waiting for a week only to find that it does not expire and you don't get a second chance at creating a working account.
So you and I are just two of the many players who are not able to access the game. Shame!
