Both things can be true; you should know the lev cloak has quite a lengthy cast time. If you want insant lev get a vial of roiling gas. They rot in chardok all the time. Instant lev, 10 charges, 1p recharge cost.

But also, people who farm and sell quillmane suck too and are likely also bad players because there are way faster ways of making money.

I used to farm quillmane for free on the old system.

Don't enjoy the new one, which means it is probably more classic.

And yet all I ever saw was people begging us for drops, or stalking us in an attempt to steal kills. Sure didn't seem to mind us around then.

I made a ranger and got a cloak recently. The new system is ass although once I got the PH down I got multiple QM to spawn and got the cloak on the second one. It's not as bad as the Jboots farm. That shit is dumb
