There was 2 Regis the Reverent up at the same time on top of each other. Not sure if we're supposed to delete one of the quest items, let us know.

North Karana cleric bracer quest item, this was around 6:00 Pacific time zone. 7/24/2011 sunday.

Tonight I pulled him and there were 5 of him there. LOTs of rooting to be had. LOL.

Loc approx 1500, -1500 in North Karana. He was all standing still.

I think he may be related to the Bilbus Briar identical twins I found in NK yesterday. Something they did to fix some spawn rates in NK has created clones of some NPC's.

Regis spawns when Zahah is killed. I'm guessing the server doesn't despawn Regis or even check if he is already up before creating a new one each time Zahah dies.

Fixed, pending update.

That's a different issue. It is also fixed with next patch.
