Some problems with installing the game

Hello everyone! I installed Everquest Titanium and then copied and pasted P1999 Patch 57 into the folder, but when I tried to run Launch Titanium.bat I got this error message. I have hidden files turned on and I can't seem to find the files I need to delete (wsock32.dll and eqgame.dll); what should I do?

I've heard that sometimes Windows has issues with file casing; are those files possibly there but mis-capitalized? Also, do you still have a copy of your original Titanium installation (which you could check for those files)?
