Multiple corpse runs, did everything, travel, etc. turned in everything in freeport - quest NPC didn't provide the item. /peition to no eval.

casted alliance on the NPC, was close enough, right quest turn in.


Just so bitter.

Resolved. An awesome person got me a stein due to the issue. What an awesome community.
