35 Monk LF Duo Partner (or Solo Spot Suggestions)

Anyone have a (preferably) shaman or maybe druid or something else they'd like to duo with a 35 monk and slam out a few levels over the coming weekend? I'd like to get 50 if possible (we'll see).

At 35, Monk is my highest character, but his gear is decent enough--Peacebringer and SCHW, Oiled Greaves, and a few other niceish pieces. Soloing blues is easy, just kinda slowgoing with only BW and Mend.

I know it might be tough finding a dedicated duo partner in the 30s given the top-heaviness of Blue by this point, so I was thinking of going to Crystal Caverns to solo for old times sake, but I'm open to suggestions for good solo spots (or duo spots) too.

DM me or send me a tell in game on Astrowulf if interested. I'll be on a lot over the next 4-5 days.

iirc the yeti cave in dreadlands is pretty hot at that level, should be chill if you must solo

obviously shaman preferred but dont sleep on bard for a duo

I've got an old mid 30s SK that's been stuck in that range awhile. Can't be a good duo partner for you but if you find a healer and want a 3rd I'd join up

Go to HK. Kill guards, sell swords, upgrade gear.

Unrest basement and Mistmoore castle entrance are good possibilities for solo/duo exp at your level.

Crystal Caverns is great from 30-40. Was getting one level an hour roughly speaking on my Monk, but I do have Fungi Tunic. Do orcs first, then move to spiders, then move to geos. I think at 35 you can just go straight to spiders, orcs were better in the low 30s.

You can save the crystal spider silk for other characters if you ever do shawl quest. Geos are good for vendor loot to make some money. You can sell the ore bricks too from the orcs. Don't worry too much about weight at your level. I was always overweight on my monk, at least 40-50 stones, and it didn't significantly hinder combat. You can sneak sell to the dwarves, so you can just live down there.

Thanks for the recommendations! I have been hanging out in Crystal Caverns, partially because I remember it a little from ~23 years ago on live and partially because, now that I'm there, leaving it would be quite the ordeal.

Soloing is slowgoing but at least it's steady and safe. Bank/merchant in zone helps too. I was in HHK before this so I'm used to that, but guards were greeninig out, so I wanted to move on.

Occassionally I'll get a duo partner in CC. Had a bard join me yesterday. Toxigen was right--they are nearly as good as a shaman partner.

Well-piloted bards are always a treat.

I'm up to almost 48 now. Still in CC soloing geos, but exp is slowing down. Money is good, which I still need (I'm about 1/3 of the way to a fungi tunic), but I'll probably move on in the next few levels as exp slows further.

Any recommendations for some places to check out next? I'd like to see a bit more of Norrath, but the reality of Blue means there needs to be something soloable nearby (duo or group is preferred, just can't count on it).

I was thinking about going to LGuk to camp Raster or SolB to camp Targin for my robe, but those aren't really exp camps (at least I don't think).

I welcome any suggestions.
