Small question about cut off text randomly here and there.

The text will randomly cut the tops off the letters, changing fonts sometimes offers a few moments of remedy but i'm curious what's the underlying mechanism, or if anyone else has this.

1900 x 1080

playing on a tv while i get a better monitor (my suspicion but whatever)

Hollar.

Yes, I have also experienced this issue over the years. I can replicate the issue by setting the client resolution to anything above a height of 1080 pixels. Just to clarify, your TV is 1080p or is it 720p? Also what is your client set at? Options > Display > Video Settings > try setting it to something at or below 1080p.

I had the same issue. What fixed it for me was changing the resolution in eqclient.ini to 1920 x 1063. Might have to try a few different values to see what works for you, but that's what I use.

I think what causes it is that the Titanium client doesn't handle windowed mode properly and doesn't account for the title bar and ends up distorting the screen slightly by cramming 1080 worth of pixels into 1063ish pixels of space.

WindowedWidth=1768
WindowedHeight=992

Yeah it's a 42'' 1080p
I was guessing that might have been the underlying issue, but i had no monitor to try and compare and contrast... until this week. Hopefully will see if that's the straight up culprit today or tomorrow~

Does /viewport help with this? At least then you can make changes on-the-fly I believe...
