I read in the wiki that these are/were 21 percent hate.

I've also found tables online listing them at 36-41 percent haste.

Does anyone know definitively which way they are coded here on p99 or have the devs ever stated?

They're 36%, used to say on mine before they removed that little detail.

They're 21% - same as fbss and the starter sky belt

I've actually seen it parsed. Maybe a GM could confirm though.

thought sky belts were only 16%

some are, bard sk paladin. most are 21%

Ah, that's depressing. Would love to know definitively from a GM, but I'm sure they have bigger fish to fry.

I'm pretty sure the gloves are still good even at only 21% haste because of the haste cap, and the gloves have very good stats for that slot.

Seriously depressing. Not only do we have lower damage, we scale worse because our gear was made worse. Ahh, classic!
