Skill Points Errors
 

Hello,

My girlfriend just told me something is wrong with her game so I checked. Turns out that she spent all her points attempting to get Meditate and it ate the points and didnt give her meditate.

The error message i see in her chat says "Error. Skill at cap value, training failed."

She is level 7
Meditate 0
spent 11 pts attempting to obtain

Please advise. thanks..

Depends on class as to what level you can train meditate (e.g. Shaman/Cleric/Druid is lvl 8)

If you try to train it at a level too low you lose skill points

Unfortunately, yeah, there is a bug right now where skill points can be spent on Meditate before the skill is actually available. Sorry that happened. But, I can say that you really don’t need all the skill points that you get in this game. Even if you do a lot of tradeskills, you end up with a bunch of unused points at level 60. So nothing of great value has been lost. It’s not like Diablo 2.

I hope you two are having fun. Keep hitting us up on the forums, and the people here who know things will provide info and insight. I’d also recommend joining a casual-friendly guild at some point. For me, part of the fun of the game is learning how to work together with people of various classes, levels, and game knowledge.
