Once you have validated your Project 1999 Forum Account, create a Loginserver account by following the instructions in Step 4.


There is nothing in Step 4 to say how to create a Login Server account..

EQEmu as stated it is not needed anymore so what am I missing?

Not sure where you are reading this but read and follow this guide, particularly step 2 and the link within:

"This entire process can be completed by following the Account Setup / Play Guide."
