Are African-American, an ethnicity that has a higher risk of developing more aggressive cancers
Odd, I remember it being 40 for everyone.

I think you get offered one in the UK if you're 40 regardless of ethnicity.

You should probably do it in your 40s regardless of ancestry.

However I think orgs like the WHO skew based on demographic poverty and stuff like diet. Like the reason shouldn't be because they are African. Butt because they historically had worse living conditions. Butt the stats only track race or whatever they call it these days. So the WHO is like sort of racist.

Geography could skew things 2 and also play a factor regardless of gene expression.

So if you are a poor Scandinavian living in a slum nexto a refinery or exposed to chemicals like in America's heartland. And ur always family eats food from polluted rivers or low quality fast foods. And convenience foods. That aren't at least kosher. For like three generations.. Ya.

Do you always pose medical questions for the forum? Is it a routine checkup that triggered this. Or something else?

Prostrate cancer is no longer a death sentence or worse. One can expect to live a full life with prostrate cancer thanks to newer hormone treatments that make the prostate meek as a newborn otter.

Genetic mutations that lead to cancers forming are a feature, not a bug.
