This was originally 2hb but is listed as 1hb on the p99 wiki.

The only thing I can find on when it was changed is the top comment shortly after Luclin's release.

I couldn't find anything in era suggesting this was 1hb, and the comments I did find were all Dec2001 or later.

Nov 1st 2001 this is listed on the Graffe.com list for 1hb weapons
