My screen isn't fullscreen upon download

Just curious if anyone had this issue after installing everything. Went to go play and the game window isn't fullscreen. Duxa's tool didn't fix anything. Any guidance on hpw to fix is appreciated.

I just ALT+O and switch to full screen as soon as I log in. Minor annoyance.

Can also try alt+enter to get in and out of full screen.

eqclient.ini can help with anything like this you want to change.

Any solution found to this? I'm having the same issue tried above to no avail.. also how does one utilize eqclient.ini?

the epclient.ini is basically a config file. You can open it in like notepad or any text editor and edit some setting there that otherwise are obfuscated sometimes.

In regards to the full screen issues there is a section in the eqclient.ini file that looks this:
[VideoMode]
WindowedWidth=1920
WindowedHeight=1080
Width=1920
Height=1080
FullscreenBitsPerPixel=32
FullscreenRefreshRate=0
WidthWindowed=640
HeightWindowed=480

You can adjust some settings here.

Also in game Alt+Enter will put you full screen. I find that changing the settings in the eqclient.ini works better then in game some times.

I have a 4k screen but sometimes play windowed. I have the game set 1920*1080 which fits nicely in 4k usually.

Cool thanks for the detailed help. That file don’t believe exists in my eq folder but something of similar name with different text lines. Maybe I can create the file. Which folder is this file in for you? Thanks

I think they meant the 'eqclient.ini' file
