I had a charmed pet. I went to hand it a piece of -MR gear (rusty shoulders). As I was clicking trade, charm broke

I checked my bags as I was re-charming the mob, item not there. I checked the ground, not there

After I killed the charmed mob, I checked it’s body, item not there

Can I get these back through like some kind of a ticket? I would hate to have this have to go to small claims court

You can petition, but petitions generally take a while. The staff is volunteer. It's probably not worth petitioning for an item that inexpensive. That is bad luck, sorry about that.

My buddy petitioned and they said that charming is inherently a high risk activity.

The channeling mechanics make charming easy mode on P99: you should be grateful the charmed mobs don't start stealing other gear from you, just to balance things out ;)
