Power Leveling service for my level 16 Wizard

WTB: Power Leveling service for my level 16 Wizard. I would love to zoom him up to planer levels as quick as I can.

I mostly play weekends or during the PST evening times. I usually log in around 7 or 8:00 at night PST.

I'm confused by this comment. But I'm still trying to buy with cold hard platinum pieces some Levels for my Wizard. I have all the main PBAE spells ready to go for when he hits each of those levels and I think I have him around 240 int so he's decently geared.
