Iksar faction not quite bad enough
 

as an iksar monk I'm able to walk into neriak with no faction work being done. I didn't test on other evil cities or other iksar classes. i remember being hated everywhere, kunark prima guide pg168 seems to go towards that idea also but it doesn't specifically say "hate"
also most good races are threatening (freeport, rivervale, kaladim) when they should be scowling. both varieties of elves scowl as they should.

I remember this too.. I remember Iksars were KOS everywhere.
