Lake Rathe underwater Goblin melee range
 

I'm camping the Bergurgle / Tainted tower and the Goblins are able to melee me from any distance despite being rooted. I was pulling them out with snare and trying to root rot on Druid.

i believe they have bows/arrows and can shoot you from a distance. if you stand mid range to some they can't utilize their range attack after being rooted
