Social aggro is borked when ensnaring mobs into water
 

I was quadding some raptors in TD and when you pull the quad into the water in the flee range of hp's, they get stuck there and don't move.

One mob stopped first in the water while the other 3 continued following, on the second pass another mob stopped right next to the 1st and both were in flee mode, disregarding social aggro.
