dgvoodoo2 artifacts after install
Anyone else have issues with dgvoodoo2 causing some wonky texture artifacts? Fixed my fps like a dream on the windows machine but a lot of textures do this kinda stuff now:

Did you change any of the settings within dgvoodoo? Are you using the x86 DLLs or the x64 ones?
Have you played other 3d games? Just checking, because if not maybe this is the first time you're seeing a problem with the card now that it's actually being used instead of integrated gfx? -Mcoy |
Not sure which DLLs I used tbh, never used the program before so I just watched a 5min YouTube video of some bearded biker looking man setting it up for p99.
Will double check when I get home later, maybe I used the wrong ones. Ty |

Figured it out by backing up eqclient.ini and seeing how the default generated one would function..
twas the line VertexShaders=FALSE Something I'd always set to false for linux setups, putting that back to true removed the artifacts entirely. |
Good to know; thanks for telling us the fix!
