Missing Characters
 

I have came back after 3 weeks to a month downtime, to all my characters missing on green server. My login seems to work fine, but when I get to character select screen, it just says create new character.

I have redone my setup from scratch, with pfiles v57.

Any help please?

Most of the time when this happens its wrong account or wrong server

Have you double checked?

Yes, I checked numerous times, and even logged into all my accounts to make sure.

I just came back after about 3 years. I had 3 login accounts all are empty. Its not a big deal as i created a new account and started over but i was curious what characters i left behind.

Same here. Just tried to log in for the first time in about 2 years and Skwerrel is gone. No characters on green. My little guy on Blue is still there though.

To resolve the issue of your missing characters on the Green server, you should contact the support team or administrators of the server. They will be able to investigate the problem and assist you in recovering your characters.

Yes this is usually the issue I've had.

I opened a petition and they replied quickly. The problem is I can only recall a few character names and cannot connect names to account names. It was 2019 when I took a 3 year break. I’m ok with the status quo. I have started over.
