A problem I encountered when creating an account, and a fix.
 

Though I'm a crusty old EQ vet ('99-'012) this is my 1st crack at P99.

When it came time to receive a confirmation email, said message never appeared.

I searched the forum, resubbed a request at https://www.project1999.com/forums/r...o=requestemail and still nothing.

I even made a second account (xereau69 if any mod/GM wishes to delete it), and again, no messages came to a second email address for a whole day.

This morning when I got to thinking about it, I deduced that it could in fact be my web browser (Google Chrome).

Sure enough when I clicked the re-sub link above in Microsoft Edge it worked, and now here I am.

So just in case anyone has a problem with their confirmation email not showing up, try another web browser.
