If you could spend char creation points on Skills,how would you build your character?

What? If I could spend my 20-30ish stat points in character creation on skills instead? Like the skills you can train with the 5 points you get per level?

I wouldn't. I'd still spend them on stats.

What if they went above the normal cap though?

As in, you could have 20 more Defense at level 60

Any idea what the success rate of FD is with 20-30 skill? Probably worth it.

FYI when you have the singing skill at 0 points or higher, the hard coding of the game uses it to determine spellcast failure. All movement based interruption is then removed, and you can cast any spell in the game while running around.

For anyone who doesn't play bard, you may not realize this but any clicky that has any length of cast time can be casted and resolve while moving fully for this reason. Most often bards learn this with mask of deception or their invigorate breastplate that allows self healing on the move.

So putting 1 point in singing on any class would be an insanely powerful point :p
