Doing a bit of research, but I am 99% sure these are not supposed to be in game for a while. Im not the best with timelines this far back but they came in after epics, after fear 2.0, it was a while before these things were in game.

Nah they were in at the start of Kunark and removed later. (Sometime around epics I think?)

They existed but they should be much rarer
like seb berserker cloak rare
