I would think the GMs should be able to narrow down the culprits by looking at the logs to see who the items were given to. It should at least point in the right direction.

Good luck to your friend!

Without giving too much info, it looks like all his gear was dropped on the ground before transfer.

Awww man.. That was the old school way to avoid having your tracks traced. I think they changed it, but at some point, they couldn't track anything after it was left on the ground.

Well they use the titanium just like the rest of us. Im sure they figured out a way to trace dropped items within the titanium expansions. So even though we are on classic, the code for much later stuff is still there, IE seeing GM's wearing stuff that came from much later expansions. So i would be sure they can trace dropped items. This make sense to anyone?

That's all fine and good. I'll pay you 5kpp if you can give that code to the GMs so they can track his gear and ban the person responsible. Otherwise, I'd prefer to keep this thread in the direction of me actually replacing his lost gear. Thanks.

Well in the interest of replacing his gear. I do need a Torch and Shovel, and am willing to pay for them if u can farm me one of each?

Aaron 03-11-2010 01:21 PM

I may have a shovel on me currently. Don't remember if I gave it away already or not. I'll check next time I'm on.

Excellent point. I hope they can track it and help Aaron's friend out. Aaron's a good person and I assume so is his friend.

I apologize for the delay in the reimbursements. They will be coming. It's a slow tedious process. I'll be on later this evening prob 5p eastern or so if you want to look me up then.
