Sad Klandicar Quest?
 

I am very intrigued by the 'Sad Klandicar' quest which says "broken or incomplete".

I half-remember someone years ago saying there were no incomplete quests (just a lot of broken ones), is that true? If so I'm obviously not going to put in a bunch of hours trying to figure it out.

Is that supposed to be a quest at all? I figured it for world-building flavor text.

Regardless of what existed and may have been undiscovered in original EQ, P1999 will have no wholly un-discovered quests because an emulator can be built only from what's known. Little-known or seldom-used quests or NPC dialogues are still re-discovered from other sources and added to P1999 once in awhile.
