Any idea how long on IP exemptions?
 

My partner and I played eq back in what we all refer to as "the good old days". It seems the good old days are back!

However we can't both seem to log on at once, I figure this is because 2 boxing is not allowed and we are both on the same network.

Anyone have any idea how long it generally takes to get this fixed as we are desperate to play ! We've posted in the petition/exploit section for an exemption and was hoping someone could tell me how long that will take. We are currently fighting over who gets to be on :P

And lastly, omg wow! Thanks for setting this up, the concept is amazing! My partner and I had been playing wow (I know, flay us!) and were bored shitless. Just on Wednesday we were saying to each other what were we going to do, and here it is !

unless you're in ib id say the odds of you and your brother ever playing on this server together are slim.

Not sure what ib is, but if that's the case I will cry!

Norm seems to be a couple of days.

It can take up to a week, but worth the wait. Our family is happy to be able to hunt together and sometimes die together, hee hee.

When my wife submitted, it took about 4 days (over a weekend)....And Gawd we are both so glad to be back! We started on live in 2000 and are both enjoying the hellota this! Thanks Rog and all the rest!

Took about 4 days or so for my wife and I to get the exemption. I posted in the petitions/exploits section requesting the exemption and waited patiently for an answer. The wife got impatient after about 3 days and made her own post in the same forum. Exemption was given the next day :)

It only took my boyfriend and I about 24 hours before we were both able to play. Sounds like it varies!

I feel so hurt and used.

I'm still waiting, but I expect a pretty swift response. I'd say 3-4 days is a fair estimation. I can't wait til my boyfriend and I can play together, too!
