I am at the camp now and the only thing that spawns are these level 9ish goblin wizards, warriors and shamans.

Lists the location for crazed goblins being #6, and someone on the first link said the crazed goblin spawns once every 15 minutes ish if you are farming the mobs.

I've been here for much longer than that and they have not spawned.

Crazed goblin is for the non-classic ghoulbane quest.

I am camping these now and they do not seem to be spawning. Is this broken or what?
