Ogre Executioner Axe... I don't know the actual name of it anymore
 

I'm curious and someday hope to loot my own, I don't remember the name of the weapon but its called similar to the "Executioner's Axe", but I think it has Ogre somewhere in it... I don't think its considered "uber" by any means as it has a 2 week delay on it but I always wanted one for my Warrior.

What's it called and where does it drop? (what level does one need to be to get one for himself)

Drops in LGuk off a mid 30's mob I think. Hard to solo unless you are a caster class that can paci the surrounding room mobs, about 5 in total, and single pull it out.

weighted axe is the one with the long delay

I think it has the same graphic as the executioners axe. Maybe that's the confusion?
