Sacrificial Dagger
 
Not sure if this is a bug, or just a class restriction, but my necromancer cannot equip a Sacrificial Dagger in their secondary slot. The weapon is PRIMARY/SECONDARY, non-lore, and useable by NEC. Are casters not allowed to equip weapon skills in their secondary slots? Thank you.

Only classes with dual wield can put weapons in their secondary/offhand slot

That's what I figured... seems like a wasted opportunity for my necro to look fabulous.
