Discipline cool downs.
As you go up in levels, the re-use timers on your disciplines scale down. Currently on P99, this does not happen. At level 60 for instance, I still have a 12minute cool down on Stonestance. It should be ~4 minutes, as detailed below.
I don't know how (time scaling wise) this correlates to the other classes disciplines, I only researched Monk and it's hard to find more information about specific time scaling based on level on Wayback because of Zam seemingly not having a Discipline section...(Anyone help?)
Anyway, I understand that this has "resistant" and "fearless" but even in the EQ KUNARK manual (download doc: http://tinyurl.com/42zoqup) it says,
