Happiness is relative. Your need to put others down and brag about pixels they don’t have suggests that perhaps you aren’t in a very happy place right now.

Have you considered counselling or therapy? It may be more affordable than you think either through your nation’s health system or insurance. Many employers also have deals with mental health providers too.
