Raotin Teawel in OOT out of era NPC
 

Raotin Teawel is used for the Grand Robe of the Oracle quest in OOT and I believe is out of era. There is little information regarding him as he is not used for anything else and is in a low traffic area.

Here is info on the quest.

In addition to this, Sir Artanis and Qrixat Du`voy are both responding to out of era quest text. 'I received your summons'.

They also give a 'Letter for the Oracle' and when handed into Oracle K'arnon, he says out of era quest text as well.
