I don't care what you hate or love or are for or against. Or if you're gonna eat my face off. None of that is relevant to you being healthy and abled.

Please don't ingest poison and I will continue to try and advocate for protecting your environment. And freedom. So that you can get your own healthy food and water. I'm sick and tired of watching people die and suffer from easily prevented diseases. Like obesity. And malnurishment. And lead poisining.

People like me are fighting for you. We are going to need you to step up to the plate and have a care for yourself because you fricken deserve it. Do what you can. Something is always good enough. Even if it's just drinking 8oz of clean water or taking some spirulina daily. You're worth the investment.

Keep fighting. Keep living. Love. At the very least for yourself. One day you'll be able to rise to the occasion for others. Even if it's just some friendly encouragement.
