Kindle Spawn
 

Hello

I have killed this all last night and this morning probably about 20 times, not 1 Kindle spawn. Always the PH. I also kill the captain next to it and see it often. Is Kindle broken? This is in Sol A

ok so right after i post this he spawns, still, very rare
