Is it possible to change the game's resolution?
 

I know this is a seriously weird question as this is under options, however no matter what resolution I pick the screen stays the same size. It's about 1/6th of my screen rendering the game completely unplayable. If anyone could help I'd be really grateful.

Hey, ya if you go into the folder your install is in search for the everquest.ini file and from there you should be able to change the screen size to what you want.

Check your scaling settings:
