Missing Chars?
 

Hi - I am returning after some time away, and when logging in to Blue my characters are gone. Was there a character wipe at some point?

There was a single character wipe some years ago that only involved very low-level characters. Mid- and high-level characters have never been erased. Beyond that, there are a few technical reasons characters might not display at the select screen, usually related either to networking issues or improper patching/updating.

How long is "some time"? Like 2-3 yeaes? they wiped all characters under something like level 12-15(?) if they had not logged in for an extended period. if you have lost chracters in this fashion, you can open a petition to retrurn them to your account, though you may have to change their names.

Did you get the latest patch? Character select screen will appear empty if you try and join the server with an older patch.
